Sunday Selects!

So as if I don't have enough to do in my life, I'm going to start this new thing called 'Sunday Selects'. Every Sunday I am going to chose at least 10 pieces of art and literature to feature here on my journal. Every Sunday there will be new people, and everything can be featured here. All those who get featured will be on my profile page for that week as well. (Requests will be taken but you cannot request for yourself. If you want to request someone or a Deviation, send me a note.)

Some wish to be rich,
While some wish to be wise.
Some wish to stop that itch,
Others wish of winning a prize.
Some wish to be known,
Some wish they could be a star.
Some wish to sit on the throne,
And some wish that they could hide their scars.
Some wish their life was different,
Some wish their life had ended.
Some wish that they could be indifferent,
Some wish their life could be extended.
We all wish for something,
Maybe one of those mentioned above.
We should work towards that thing,

It was the happiest day for me and you
I had another dream, about me and you

If dreams become real, and I hope they do
It doesn't really matter which comes true
Whilst I differed one thing remained unchanged
You were happy, and I still loved you
But my love goes beyond what I may want
As long as you are happy and loved
And if not with me but with another
